Below is a list of the classes they offer. From the usual Yoga to Salsa and Belly dancing, there’s a class to suit everyone’s needs! Hopefully there’s something that grabs your attention. 🙂

Mat Pilates: The exercises in mat pilates focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes or what is known in pilates as the powerhouse. The exercises look simple but require stabilization of the torso and focused effort to keep the abdominals contracted and working throughout the exercises. Popular exercises like the hundred strengthen the abdominal by holding a curled abdominal position while pumping the arms.

Punch Yoga: Punching, toning and stretching. Yoga with Punching Martial arts will make you feel stronger and help tone your body in shape in no time.

Kick Yoga: We kicked out traditional yoga and spice things up with some Thai Kick Boxing movements. Brings up the heart rate as we burn off calories.

Yoga Combat: First half an hour will be the combination of all martial art like kicking and punching to make body stronger. Last half an hour is yoga practicing for relaxation.

Hatha Yoga: The most ancient, complete and popular form of yoga for mental and physical health, Hatha yoga is a science of breathing, purification and synchronization of the physical and mental dimensions. Learn ancient techniques of Asana (Postures), Pranayama (breathing), Mudras (gestures), Bandhas (locks, Kriyas (cleansing) for good health, peace, prosperity, longevity and self-realization.

Ashtanga Yoga: Yoga helps to firm the body shape, upper arms, thighs and abdomen. This class is helpful for chest, waist and hips for keeping your body active and in shape.

Vinyasa Yoga: A vigorous, dynamic, fluid yoga sequence linking breath with movement to create internal heat and strength. This is designed for physically active and motivated participants with more emphasis on upper body and abdominal strength.

Yoga Sun Series: A great war to start the day 1 to 5 series (beginners to advance). You will never be tired, lazy or sleepy during work. The sun salutation can be enjoyed by all ages. This improves the elasticity of the skin, muscles, relieves stiffness in the joints, relieves pain and increases mental strength. Consist of sun salutation and more Asana (postures) for a bright, balanced, flexible and energetic life.

Yogilates: Yogilates is a combination of Pilates and yoga, which blends the emphasis that yoga puts on flexibility and meditation with the benefits of core strengthening that you get with Pilates training.

Zumba® – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
